The Lowell Percival Enterprises is a company owned by Lowell Percival. It was affiliated with Western States Pharmaceuticals. The building was located in downtown New San Francisco, sticking out composed primarily of steel and tinted glass. As the premier example of the neo-anarchic school of architecture, it avoided using right angles.
The entrance were irregularly shaped revolving doors leading to a militarized lobby; security check included even proctological examination. A set of four elevators lead to Lowell's office on the 51st floor.
The building was bombed moments after Tex Murphy's visit to Percival, taking out most of the surrounding block. Mac Malden was at the scene. Casualties included Percival and his secretary, Alaynah Moore.
